Established in 1999, Saturn Machine Works Ltd. (Saturn) is the go-to problem-solving machine shop located in Edmonton, Alberta. We are a CNC production machine shop with a new 24,000 sq.ft. facility that allows us to better service our customers in the oil and gas, mining, automotive, industrial, and electrical industries. Saturn is recognized with customers for providing top quality machined parts of all types as well as prototypes and parts with complex geometries.
Saturn has a full compliment of CNC’s that can machine a broad range of parts, providing consistent, high accuracy products at a competitive price. This includes large bore CNC lathes for large or long tubular parts to small bar-feed live tool lathes, as well as vertical and horizontal machining centers. With an ISO 9001:2015 based quality control department including a CMM, MicTrac and Gaugemaker, our instruments are calibrated and controlled so we can provide traceability and verification for your parts.
